There are thousands of homeopathic remedies, these can be made primarily from substances found in nature. From plants and minerals, to snake venom and rotting meat. The original substance is so heavily diluted that there remains no trace left, apart from the imprint of the substance. They are prepared in a way that uses the energetic blueprint only, to stimulate your body to start healing itself, rather than constantly relying on external stimuli.

Follow-up consultations are made approximately 6 weeks apart. These are really important for me to be able to see what changes and progress has been made, and where we need to go moving forwards.

Initially for any new patient, I recommend four appointments to begin with. From my experience this is often enough to have completely resolved any issues, or certainly made a significant difference.

Then you can either make a new appointment with me as and when you need one, or book in regular check-ups three or four times a year just to make sure nothing has returned.

Yes you can. Homeopathy will not interfere with any other medication you take, including supplements.

I will need to know what you are taking and how long you plan on taking them, as this will affect your course of treatment with me.

If your goal is to stop taking conventional medication, I can support you with this, but you must also discuss the matter with the person who prescribed it to you.

This differs with every individual, but generally you will start feeling better pretty quickly. Typically, sleep improves, energy levels are better,  digestion starts working more efficiently.

Taking remedies tends to kickstart the body into a natural detox, so you may sweat more or go to the toilet more often.

The remedies send a message to your body to start healing itself . Our bodies are incredibly clever – they know what to do, sometimes they just need a little bit of help.
